The Story Behind Squirrel & Patch

Welcome to Squirrel & Patch ... a little shop for things with a past, a little personality, and plenty of life left in them.

Squirrel & Patch was born from a love of thrifting, collecting, sewing, and seeing possibility in things other people might pass by. A well-loved sweatshirt, a forgotten piece of fabric, a vintage textile, or an old treasure with a few scratches can become something entirely new with a little imagination and a bit of making.

Here, we believe the best things don't always come straight from a store shelf. Sometimes they're found tucked away at a thrift shop, discovered in an old sewing basket, or rescued from a pile of things waiting to be forgotten.

That's where Squirrel & Patch come in.

Squirrel is our curious little squirrel, always noticing the interesting things others might overlook. Patch, his hedgehog friend, is happiest at a workbench creating new treasures. Together, they remind us that something doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful.

We reclaim, repurpose, mend, and remake whenever we can, giving materials and vintage pieces a chance at a new chapter. Some things are transformed completely. Others simply need a little love to be appreciated again.

Every piece is made or chosen with the hope that it will find someone who sees the same charm and possibility that we did.
